I saw the add for GGHOMES onlocal San Diego TVstation and Idecided tocall even though Ihad alot ofhesitation inthe back ofmind, (are they honest, itis alegitimate company, and would Igot adecent offer) myfirst encounter was with Seth Boisvert,he was extremely friendly but professional inexplaining tome the process ofselling our home through his company, gave mea decent offer which weaccepted and wewent through escrow, same day Igot welcoming email from the operationmanger Paul Burke offering his help through the process, Paul was extremely helpful and will respond tomy questions intimely manner.
My husband and Iare senior citizens and weare very pleased tosell our house ASIS toGG HOMES norepairs, nocommission, nostrangers walking inyour house, noopen house, the process was easy, staff were EXTREMELY professional and helpful, Ihighly recommend this company.… – show00

I really cannot say enough positive things about myexperience with GGHomes. Their operation runs like awell oiled machine. The process went very smoothly, and weclosed with absolutely nochallenges. They offered mea fair price, and after crunching the numbers, Iam very confident Iended upwith about what Iwould have ifwe'd listed our condo ontheMLS, after accounting for Realtor fees, repairs, and closing costs.
Most importantly, perhaps, wewere able toleave behind any unwanted item
s, and didn't have toworry about repairing every little hole inthe wall. This made the moving process much easier and more efficient forus.Plus, there isno guarantee your property will sell immediately ifyou list iton theMLS. You may end upgetting more down the line, but have topay the mortgage inthe meantime. Plus, buyer's loans can fall through, repairs can beexpensive, and closing costs can behigh. Again, I'm confident Iended upabout where Iwould have (or even higher depending onrepairs and closing costs) ifwe'd listed the property ontheMLS.
In conclusion, Irecommend GGHomes toany homeowner who appreciates value, and seeks asmooth, efficient transaction with nohassles. Thanks, GGHomes!

Selling myhome toGG Homes was asimple process. Seth was able toget acontractor out fairly quickly and anoffer tous within acouple ofdays. From there Nicolle helped with all ofthe paperwork and wewere able toclose and sell the house exactly when wewantedto.

I recently sold myhome. Itwas such anincredibly easy process. Ifirst met with Seth who did awalk through ofmy property and provided mewith anoffer. Iwas able tosign all the documents online. Paul was mycontact during the process. They were very flexible onthe closing date. Weoriginally set aclosing date ofearly June, but were able toclose aweek early. The entire team was great and Iwould highly recommend using GGHomes.

GG Homes went above and beyond all expectations mywife, Kristan and Ihad. As1st time home buyers, it’s likely natural beboth excited and nervous…we didn’t know everything going into the process. The GGHomes team (in particular Phil, Molly, Paul, & Mark) clearly communicated the buying process and were very responsive toall questions wehad. With their help, wewere able toget our 1st offer (ever) accepted quickly and closed within 18days (applied for mortgage, offer accepted, loan funded....closed) ina competitive San Diego market. We are grateful toGG Homes for such asmooth sale ofour Condo. Everything was exactly aspromised. The first call tothe realtor was very informative and weknew this was the right decision. They had anoffer tous bythat night and weaccepted the nextday. Wehad extra circ*mstances with anuncooperative tenant and GGHomes was patient and supportive until weresolved the situation. When the tenant situation was resolved, wewere able toclose the sale 3days later. Paul, the OperationsManager, was great during the entire process. Weare sohappy wefound GGHomes and were able touse them for our Condo sale.… – show
