Ingredients
- 6 king oyster mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 fresh chilies sliced
- 1 green onion chopped
For The Sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
Cut the mushrooms into thick discs.
Combine sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Heat oil and sautée garlic until fragrant.
Toss in mushrooms and fry until lightly browned on the edges.
Add fresh chilli and stir-fry.
Pour in sauce and green onions. Thicken the sauce and remove from heat.
